You can choose a check-log retention period of 0, 1, or 7 days in Dashboard > Settings.

What a check log contains

When retention is enabled, SignupBear stores:
  • a masked email such as j***@example.com
  • the email domain
  • risk, action, status, coverage, and reason codes
  • request ID, policy version, environment, and expiry time
The raw email subject is not stored in the check log.

What retention does not remove

Monthly usage counters are maintained separately so SignupBear can enforce plan limits. Setting retention to 0 disables new check-log records; it does not disable monthly usage accounting or account data required to operate the service.
Expired check logs are deleted by the daily maintenance job. A record may remain briefly after its expiry time until that job completes.
